1. Identity of Supplier

Kate Rees trading as Kate Modern Gallery, 72 Hanbury Road, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire B60 4DN.

2. Orders

Any order received by Kate Modern Gallery shall be accepted entirely at the discretion of Kate Modern Gallery and if so accepted will only be accepted upon these Terms and Conditions and by means of Kate Modern Gallery’s order form.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for goods is due within seven days of your order. 

3.2 The price of all goods and delivery costs must be paid in full prior to delivery.

4. Delivery

4.1 For all original works delivery will be made by Kate Modern Gallery at a cost of £0.50 per mile from the gallery (inclusive of insurance).  Delivery within a 10 mile radius of the gallery will be free of charge.  If you wish to arrange to collect original works, please contact Kate Modern Gallery.

4.2 Deliveries will be made within seven working days from receipt of payment of your order.

4.3 For original works a signature is required on delivery.  Please specify morning or afternoon. 

4.4 Prints will be delivered by first class post or courier, and a signature may be required on delivery, unless you wish to arrange otherwise at your own cost.

4.5 Non-UK deliveries will be by separate arrangement.  Please contact Kate Modern Gallery for further details and a quotation.

5. Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order during the period of seven working days beginning on the day after you receive the goods.  A working day does not include Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday.  To cancel your order you must send us a notice of cancellation in writing.  A telephone call is not enough.  You must take reasonable care of the goods and make them available to us for collection.  You will be responsible for the cost of us collecting the goods and their return to us.  We will inform you within twenty one days of receipt of your notice of cancellation when the goods will be collected.

We shall refund to you all monies paid pursuant to your order less the cost of collection of the goods from you within thirty days of the date the notice of cancellation is given. 
If you paid for the goods by credit or debit card, your refund will be credited to the same card.
